Corrosion prevention method of stainless steel self clinching screw

Stainless steel riveting screw is made of metal. There are four main ways to prevent metal corrosion, namely, the nature of material itself, the environment used, the interface between data and environment and the design of improving metal structure. If stainless steel riveting screw is made of complete corrosion-resistant alloy, unless there is special demand, it is unrealistic in terms of economic concept or outside of riveting screw. The complete isolation of the environmental factors causing corrosion between the tables and the participants may not be practicable in practice, and may be very difficult. Improving the design of metal structure can improve the influence of special conditions under certain conditions, but most of the design of stainless steel riveting screw can not be sufficiently corrected, and its maintenance function is not permanent, so this method can not basically deal with the problem, as long as the corrosion prevention on the interface, that is, the external corrosion prevention treatment is widely used at present.




Stainless steel riveting screw exterior anti-corrosion disposal refers to the use of various methods to impose a maintenance layer on the metal surface, its role is to isolate the metal from the corrosive environment, in order to suppress the corrosion process, or reduce the corrosive medium and metal surface contact, and achieve the purpose of avoiding or reducing corrosion. Riveting nut column, also known as riveting stud or nut column, is used in sheet metal, sheet metal, chassis and cabinet. The shape of riveting nut column is hexagonal at one end and cylindrical at the other. There is a knife retracting groove between hexagonal side and cylindrical shape. Its inner shape is internal thread. The hexagonal head is pressed into the pre-positioned hole of thin plate by press to produce plastic deformation around the hole.
