Mold clamps manufacturing process:
The 45# medium carbon steel is integrally forged, and the hardness after high-temperature heating and the hammer's own hammering can reach more than 30HRC.
Then use a universal milling machine to machine the flat and long grooves to achieve a surface finish of 3.2. And the parallelism of the platen, the flatness all errors are not greater than 0.02MM.
After heat treatment and quenching, it reaches 35HRC to 40HRC required by JB. Finally, the surface is blackened or bluish to achieve no rust spots.
