Stainless steel ring joint screw
The eye-bolt screws are forged from the warm hardened fire. Ring screw surface treatment: CORRUD-DT, this surface treatment is at least 20 times stronger than ordinary galvanizing.
External thread length ̈H ̈, the bolt is fixed with other parts, and the same quality grade bolt must be used for replacement.
The ring screws are forged as a whole, and are subjected to normalizing treatment and removing scale; the forgings have no over-burning and crack defects; the ring screws are uniformly subjected to hardness test, and the hardness value is HRB67~95. The strength of the crown ring is rated at 12.9.
The eye-bolts must be mounted vertically on the plane of the work-piece, and the joints should be flat and the joints should be tight. It must be adjusted to the direction of stretching and the screws should avoid contact with sharp objects.
The test load of the eye-bolt screw is 2.5 times the working load, and 20,000 fatigue tests are performed under 1.5 times working load. The eye-bolts must meet or exceed the requirements of ASME B30.26. The ring screws are made of alloy steel by high reference German RUD WBG type. This product is exported to Europe and America in large quantities and passed the local G80 standard test. Better material, higher tensile force than existing domestic rings, providing tensile test report. The eye-bolts must be operated by a professional, and please refer to the instructions for use. When connecting with the spreader, the joint between the spreader and the eye-bolt should be kept freely rotated. Professionals should conduct safety tests regularly. The maximum working load is up to 30T and the inch thread can be customized.
Ring screw products are widely used in port, electric power, steel, shipbuilding, petrochemical, mining, railway, construction, metallurgical chemical, automobile manufacturing, plastic machinery, industrial control, highway, large-size transportation, pipeline auxiliary, slope tunnel, hoist-way Control machinery, marine rescue, marine engineering, airport construction, bridges, aviation, aerospace, stadiums and other important industries as well as mechanical equipment for infrastructure projects.
