Introduction
The ring screws are forged as a whole, and are subjected to normalizing treatment and removing scale; the forgings have no over-burning and crack defects; the ring screws are uniformly subjected to hardness test, and the hardness value is HRB67~95. The strength of the crown ring is rated at 12.9.
The eye-bolts must be mounted vertically on the plane of the work-piece, and the joints should be flat and the joints should be tight. It must be adjusted to the direction of stretching and the screws should avoid contact with sharp objects.
The test load of the eye-bolt screw is 2.5 times the working load, and 20,000 fatigue tests are performed under 1.5 times working load. The eye-bolts must meet or exceed the requirements of ASME B30.26. The ring screws are made of alloy steel by high reference German RUD WBG type. This product is exported to Europe and America in large quantities and passed the local G80 standard test. Better material, higher tensile force than existing domestic rings, providing tensile test report. The eye-bolts must be operated by a professional, and please refer to the instructions for use. When connecting with the spreader, the joint between the spreader and the eye-bolt should be kept freely rotated. Professionals should conduct safety tests regularly. The maximum working load is up to 30T and the inch thread can be customized.
