The extra-large head design allows the product to be mounted even at the thinnest thickness to .040"/1 mm

The plate can also produce high strength.

For bolts with electroplating requirements, the large diameter and the medium diameter should be in accordance with the 2A/6g standard before plating. The large diameter and medium diameter after electroplating can be tested according to the 2A/6g standard. If the size is out of tolerance, the 3A/4h gauge can be passed. Also acceptable.

Self-Clinching stud with board riveting

HFE (high-strength) bolts have a large head diameter and are used on thin plates up to 040"/1mm. The large head diameter increases product strength.

During the installation pressure, it is recommended to use the fixture shown below. It should be noted that when the thickness of the sheet material is .060"/1.51mm or higher than the bolt of the thickness plate, only the lower mold is installed.

A through hole is required to allow the bolt to be opened, and when the thickness of the sheet is less than .030"/0.76 mm, the lower die needs to be machined as shown in Figure A so that the head of the bolt enters the lower die and Smoothly press in the sheet.

These molds are suitable for:

#10/M5 and 1/4"/M6 threaded bolts

mounted on thick In sheets of less than

.060”/1.51 mm, and 5/16”/M8 threads

The bolts are mounted in sheets with

a thickness of less than .075" / 1.9 mm.

These molds are suitable for: #10/ M5 and 1/4"/M6 threaded studs mounted on thick

A plate with a degree greater than or equal to .060”/1.51 mm and a screw of 5/16”/M8

The studs are installed in plates with a thickness greater than or equal to .075" / 1.9 mm.
