Stainless steel cylindrical pin
Cylindrical pins are locating pins that are used to fix the relative position between parts. It is an important auxiliary part for combined machining and assembly.
Pins are generally used for coupling, locking parts or for assembly positioning, and can also be used as parts for safety devices.
The cylindrical pin is fixed in the hole by interference to fix the part, transmit power, or act as a positioning member.
The interference fit is divided into direct interference and interference with auxiliary parts.
The former uses the interference fit of the two parts themselves to transmit the load by friction. The interference fit of the cylindrical pin is a direct interference fit.
Nature and application editing
The structure is simple, the neutrality is good, the bearing capacity is high, and the load-changing and impact performance are good, but the processing precision of the mating surface is required to be high.
The dis-assembly and assembly force is large, which will scratch the mating surface and belong to the non-detachable connection. When the interference is not large or hydraulically assembled, the connection is also detachable.
Wide range of applications.
